Refund Policy

At The Forex Crown Society and King’s Council, we strive to provide high-quality educational programs and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your enrollment, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The Forex Crown Society: Refunds are available for one-time payment subscribers who request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment. Monthly payment subscribers are not eligible for refunds.

  • King’s Council: Refunds are available for one-time payment subscribers who request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment. Monthly payment subscribers are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are only applicable to the first 30 days after enrollment for one-time payments. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the original payment date.

2. Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of enrollment.

  • The refund applies only to one-time payment subscriptions.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the participant has violated any of the Terms of Service, including the unauthorized sharing or distribution of program content.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are offered for monthly payment plans. Payments made under the monthly subscription plan are non-refundable, and participants must complete their full monthly payment cycle before canceling future charges.

  • Late or Missed Payments: Any late or missed payments that result in termination of access to the program are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  2. Review Period: We will review your request and confirm eligibility within 5-7 business days of receiving the request.

  3. Refund Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Force Majeure

Refunds are not available in cases where services are interrupted due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes).

  • Government regulations or restrictions.

  • Technical or service disruptions that are beyond the control of The Forex Crown Society and King’s Council.

6. Refund Exclusions

  • Termination for Violation of Terms: If a participant is removed from the program for violating the Terms of Service, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, unauthorized use of program materials, or illegal activities, they will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Changes to Program Content: Refunds are not provided in cases where program content is updated or modified. Participants agree to the possibility of changes in program structure or content over time, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
