1. Program Enrollment

By enrolling in The Forex Crown Society or King’s Council, you agree to pay the stated fees for the program, whether through a one-time payment or monthly subscription. Enrollment provides access to all content, resources, and support associated with the program once the payment is confirmed.

2. Payment Terms

• For The Forex Crown Society:

  • One-Time Payment: $5,000 for the full 12-month program.

  • Monthly Subscription: $500 per month for 12 months, totaling $6,000.

• For King's Council:

  • One-Time Payment: $5,000 for the full 12-month access.

  • Monthly Subscription: $416.99 per month for 12 months, totaling $5,003.88.

• For one-time payments in both programs, you are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds after 30 days are not allowed.

• Monthly subscribers are required to make timely payments. Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program until payments are caught up.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within the first 30 days of the program for one-time payment subscribers. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

4. User Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own trading decisions and should understand the risks involved in forex trading. The results of trading can vary, and losses may occur. By using the program, you agree that The Forex Crown Society and King's Council are not liable for any financial losses resulting from your trades or investment decisions.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Forex trading involves substantial risks, including the possibility of losing more than your initial investment. You acknowledge that participating in forex trading and any related activities comes with inherent risks, and you agree to fully understand these risks before enrolling in the program. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Forex Crown Society and King's Council, along with their affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the program, including but not limited to losses, trading disruptions, or missed profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for program enrollment.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms of Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in [City], Connecticut, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of this forum. Arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy for any disputes, and no class action lawsuits will be permitted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within The Forex Crown Society and King’s Council programs, including but not limited to videos, lessons, tools, and strategies, is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. Participants may not share, distribute, or resell any materials without express permission from The Forex Crown Society and King's Council. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or arbitration will take place in [City], Connecticut.

10. Changes to the Program

The Forex Crown Society and King's Council reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the program, including course content, pricing, or features, at any time, with or without notice. Changes to pricing will not affect current subscribers until their current payment cycle has ended.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with coaches and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or violation of program guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

Trading in the foreign exchange market (forex) and other financial instruments involves a significant level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Participants in The Forex Crown Society and King's Council programs must be aware of the following:

No Guarantees of Profits
While we strive to teach effective trading strategies, no guarantees are made regarding future profits or results. Participants acknowledge that trading forex carries inherent risk, including but not limited to market volatility, leverage, and liquidity risks.

By enrolling in the program, you accept full responsibility for any trading decisions you make and agree that The Forex Crown Society and King's Council are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your trading activities.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in The Forex Crown Society and King's Council, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them. Continued use of the program after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
